Shipping policy

We offer domestic shipping to all areas of Australia.

Domestic Orders: We aim to process your order within 3 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. 

International Orders: We are currently only shipping to Australia, but will be expanding extremely soon.

After being processed, for express orders, your ARIEL will arrive within 1-4 business days. Orders with standard shipping will arrive within 3-10 business days. Our warehouse is located in Sydney. Thanks to our delivery partners, you won’t be waiting long, no matter where you wash.

You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships (so you can watch ARIEL on the move). Processing can take around 3 business days.
