Refund policy

Return Policy:
 

  • Refund for a  Change of Mind: For unopened products, you have 30 days to return your order. We now offer free return shipping.  Please email us at ariel@arielbeaute.com with “Return Request” as your subject line and we will revert with the address to send your unopened return to. Send your tracking number to the email immediately after placing in the post, and once it arrives we will process your refund. If we do not receive your tracking information before delivery at our warehouse, we will not be able to process your refund.
  • Refund for damaged product: For any defects we offer refunds or replacements. We offer refunds in the unlikely event of a reaction. If you have any questions please email us at ariel@arielbeaute.com with “return help” as your subject line.
  • Policy on Packages Lost in transit: We give our carriers 4 weeks for your ARIEL to be delivered from the date it leaves the warehouse. If the package does not move within 4 weeks, you have the option to refund or re-ship the product. This is us absorbing the carrier’s mistake so we appreciate your patience in ensuring the package is truly lost. If you would like a faster response, please file a claim with directly with the carrier. 


Reseller Policy: Unless otherwise agreed with the Brand in writing, we do not authorize the distribution or reselling of ARIEL product. We will not offer refunds or returns to those who are resellers, and we reserve the right to cancel orders from suspected resellers.

Tracking Issues: In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via ariel@arielbeaute.com.
